Terms & Conditions

Written in plain English and kept current as our processes change. If anything here needs clarifying for your situation, ring the office and ask.

These terms in plain words

By ordering from Tradehavenglobal you accept the terms below. They sit alongside the Australian Consumer Law, which applies whatever is written here.

Our business address is 400 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba City QLD 4350. The team can be reached on +61 7 4638 2915 or at tradehavenglobal@gmail.com.

Quotes and orders

A written quote is valid for thirty days from the date on it. After that we recheck supplier pricing before confirming, because equipment costs move and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Where a fit-out quote is based on photos and measurements you supplied, the price may change once we have walked the site. We tell you before work starts rather than after, and you are free to cancel without penalty at that point.

An order becomes binding once we issue a written confirmation with a deposit invoice attached.

Payment

Standard terms are a thirty percent deposit to schedule the order and the balance before dispatch. Fit-out work is invoiced in stages tied to progress on site.

  • Card payments carry no surcharge
  • Bank transfer details appear on every invoice and never change without a phone call from us
  • Accounts over sixty days past due may hold future orders
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies

Delivery and installation

Delivery windows are estimates built from freight schedules, and we let you know when dates shift. Someone needs to be on site to receive heavy equipment and confirm nothing is damaged before signing.

Installation dates assume clear access to the work area, a sound floor and available power. If a site is not ready on the agreed day, a return visit may be charged at the standard callout rate.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once the final invoice is paid in full.

Calibration bookings

Instruments sent for calibration are insured in transit at the value you declare at booking. We check that declared value against replacement cost and will flag any obvious gap before collection.

If an instrument arrives outside its stated condition, we photograph it on intake and contact you before any work begins. Storage beyond thirty days after a completed calibration may attract a modest holding fee.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy where goods are not of acceptable quality.

Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied in that transaction. We are not liable for lost trading time, lost profit or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and any dispute is heard in the courts of that state.
