Regulatory disclosures

Workshop equipment we supply and install is covered by Australian Standards where those standards exist, including AS 1418 for lifting equipment and AS 1210 for pressure vessels. Load test certificates are issued for every hoist we commission.

Electrical connection work is carried out by licensed contractors under their own compliance certificates. Tradehavenglobal coordinates that work but does not perform it.

GDPR and European visitors

Our services are aimed at Australian businesses, but we accept enquiries from elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to how we handle your personal information.

That means you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a copy of your data in a portable format. You can object to processing at any time, and consent you have given can be withdrawn without affecting past lawful use.

The full detail of what we hold and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which should be read as part of this page.

Raise any legal or regulatory concern with us first by emailing tradehavenglobal@gmail.com. We respond within five business days and aim to resolve matters without escalation.

Information about how we handle personal data also sits with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, and consumers in any state can lodge a dispute with the relevant consumer affairs body.
