Overview
Diagnostic gear that stays accurate
Cheap scan tools read generic codes and stop there. The kit we supply reads manufacturer-specific data, runs bidirectional tests and lets you command actuators while watching live values. That is the difference between clearing a code and finding the reason it set in the first place.
The bigger problem is drift. An oscilloscope reading a few percent out has you chasing a wiring fault that does not exist. So every unit we sell goes on the calibration bench once a year, and you get the certificate along with a sticker for the tool case. When a calibration shows a unit out of tolerance, you hear about it the same day rather than at the next service.

What happens when you send gear in
Booked, collected, calibrated, returned. Each stage explained in plain terms, with nothing buried in a terms-of-service page.
Book the instrument in
Send the model, serial and what it is doing wrong. We confirm the booking and the courier label the same day.
Collection and intake check
The unit arrives, gets logged, photographed and assigned a job number you can follow through the bench.
Bench calibration
Each channel is checked against reference sources across its full range, not just one convenient point in the middle.
Out-of-tolerance review
If it has drifted, we call with the numbers and the options: adjust, repair, or replace under warranty where that applies.
Certificate and sticker
Signed certificate as a PDF and on paper, plus the case sticker so an auditor can see the status at a glance.
Return or loan swap
Your unit ships back insured and tracked. On managed plans the loan unit goes out before yours arrives home.

Standard service is 48 hours on the bench once it lands, plus freight time. Managed plan customers get a loan unit dispatched the day their gear is booked in, so the bay never sits idle.
Not usually. Most drift is a few percent on one channel, and an adjustment brings it back into spec. We only recommend replacement when a repair cannot get it inside tolerance, and you get the numbers either way.
Yes. Reference sources trace back to NATA-accredited laboratories, and every certificate carries the reference numbers so an auditor can follow the chain. Dealer warranty audits usually accept them without a follow-up question.
For multi-site fleets we run quarterly on-site verification, which catches drift early. Full calibration still happens on the bench, because the reference equipment does not travel well.
We calibrate most major brands regardless of where they were purchased. The only catch is firmware updates, which sometimes need the original distributor, and we tell you upfront if that applies.
